Issues Growing Up!
Kevin struggled with school
Trouble paying attention
Falling asleep in classes
Not retaining information
Kevin had to study class material multiple times and reread chapters
Everything school-related seemed to take a very long time to complete
Kevin Made It Into College! How Did He Do?
Kevin chose Psychology as a major because the classes piqued his interest. College was a challenging experience for Him. Kevin had to:
Change the way he studied
Change the ways he wrote papers
Find creative ways to retain information
He was not afraid to ask for help
Kevin graduated with a degree in Psychology and has completed 3 additional degree programs.
After College What Happened?
After college, Kevin could not seem to find a job or location that interested me. At the age of 30, He discovered an interest in exercise and started learning about fitness and proper diet. Kevin has worked out most days since 2006. Over that time:
Kevin has learned different workout techniques and knowledge about health
Kevin found that a daily workout and eating a good diet would help with his information retention and finding solutions to issues or problems
Kevin made many mistakes during my fitness journey and has had many injuries but overcame anything fitness-related by finding inventive ways to solve problems
What Now?
Now Kevin uses diet, exercise and, his knowledge of ADHD to help other people with ADHD
Kevin constantly searches for new information about ADHD and Health
Kevin started The Rewired Fitness Podcast to share what he has learned to help the ADHD community
